I believe in natural, holistic therapies that aim to find and treat the root cause of ill health instead of maybe masking symptoms when the body is alerting you to something that is wrong. A number of years ago I unexpectedly found that being a case study for reflexology helped me with hormonal imbalances. Again one of my family was considerably helped with cranial osteopathy. Years ago I had never contemplated these therapies. Now I believe that the body has an innate healing system and many therapies tap into this and aid the natural process.
